PORK BELLY + ORANGE CHIMICHURRI 💥 This is legit one of my favorite things I’ve made recently!

The rotisserie makes everything amazing… add pork belly to that and it’s fukn heavenly 💯🙌🏾 And I’d you’re only putting chimi on your steaks/beef, you’re missing out!!

Orange Chimi:
1 bunch cilantro chopped
1/2 red onion diced 
1 orange segmented and chopped
1/4 cup olive oil 
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Juice of 1 lime
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 
Pepper
1 tablespoon spicy garlic pepper rub (or heat of your choice)

TO MAKE: combine all ingredients and let sit at least 20 minutes before you enjoy!
