Got this certifiedpiedmontese ribeye from nuggetmarkets in Sonoma. Hit it with some high quality olive oil and my truffle rub from gustusvitae before throwing it on the burchbarrel I let it hang for about an hour and 20 mins before throwing it right over the jealousdevilcharcoal chunx coals. Sliced with my dalstrong shadow black hybrid cleaver on my maccuttingboards 🙌🏾 Who wants a Scooby snack?
