PULLED PORK PERFECTION FROM START TO FINISH 🔥 AND SORRY IM YELLING BUT AFTER RECORDING THIS I CANT STOP 🤣

This was a cheap little butt I paid $14 from @foodmaxx I rubbed it in some @the_w_sauce as a binder for some added umami and then I hit it with my cali Cajun rub from @gustusvitae (If you haven’t tried it yet, WTF are you waiting for?!) and some coarse salt and pepper. I threw it on my @pitbarrel over @jealousdevilcharcoal and post oak chunks. After 5 hours I wrapped it with beef stock and threw it on for about another hour. The end result was absolute pork 🧈🧈🧈 Moist, Smokey, tender and packed with flavor!!! Pork on the pit is always a winner 🔥🔥🔥
