This tri-tip went crazy 🔥 Reverse seared to perfection on my @hastybakegrills 🙌🏾 I lowered the basket and smoked it over @jealousdevilcharcoal and hickory chunks before raising the basket and giving it s proper reverse sear! This thing was 🧈🧈🧈 and so damn 💦💦💦 too! Sliced with my @dalstrong Valhalla slicer on my epoxy board from @maccuttingboards
