Baby backs rubbed with kosmosq dirty bird! Cooked em on the burchbarrel over jealousdevilcharcoal and a mix of apple and mesquite chunks. Sauced em with fivemonkeysbbqsauce (my cam died during that part) and sliced with my dalstrong Valhalla slicer! Legit had me saying wow! Perfect bite came crazy flavor! The fat dripping into the coals added an extra level of goodness and the bite was perfect!
