American wagyu from budscustommeat seasoned with salt n pepper only and cooked on the hastybakegrills with my rotisserie attachment. Fire was fueled by jealousdevilcharcoal duh cuz that’s all I burn 🔥 The end result might have been the best tri tip I’ve ever made. Been on a salt n pepper kick lately and this reminded me why! Sliced with my dalstrong shogun kiritsuke 🔪 on my board from 2woodaholics
