- 8 anchovies, minced 
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- chopped chives
- 3 minced cloves garlic 
- 2 tablespoons the_w_sauce 
- 2 sticks butter (use one for a more anchovy heavy flavor)
- 3 tablespoons “pinky poppin umami rub” gustusvitae 
TO MAKE: combine softened butter with all ingredients and enjoy!
