This cuisinartbbq 3 in 1 Pizza Oven Plus is a beast! I added on the grill grate and got to work! Pre-heated to over 700 degrees, it put a serious crust on the steaks! When the steaks came off, I threw on some seasoned brussels sprouts, closed the lid and they were done in a few minutes! Took me 30 minutes and the end result looked like something out of a steakhouse!
