Pork loin is so underrated 💯

Brined a pork loin I got from smartandfinal for $13 for about 24 hours. Then I smoked it on my pitbarrel over jealousdevilcharcoal I glazed with trybachans at toward the end. The end result had crazy flavor and was super tender. I decided to make a sandwich with some simonsecretsauce broccoli slaw and some fivemonkeysbbqsauce scotch whiskey all on toasted sourdough. Shit was easy, affordable and super bomb!
