Quesadillas kicked up a level 🔥

I need to start out by giving credit to kenjilopezalt as these are his tips and tricks!
. 
1️⃣ Use whatever meat you like, but make sure it is properly seasoned and that it is cut up into bite sized pieces. 
2️⃣ DO NOT LAYER YOUR TOPPINGS INTO THE QUESADILLA!!! Combine your meat with your cheese in a bowl, along with whatever fillings you like. This creates even distribution of meat, cheese, herbs, salsa etc in every bite!
3️⃣ Use a large tortilla and only fill half! Don’t lay one down, fill it and then top it. Using s large one and folding it in half ensures all your goodness stays inside!
4️⃣Heat your tortilla in some form of fat! I used lard as it adds an amazing flavor as well but any oil or butter works fine!
5️⃣Season your tortilla with a little salt after the first flip! Think of it like salting a pretzel. As kenjilopezalt said - fresh pretzels are good but the salt makes them even better!
6️⃣Constantly move and rotate the quesadilla! This will allow it to heat throughout without burning and also give you an amazing toasty crust!!
