Corned beef brisket I got from usfchefstore in concord. Rinsed, coated with pepper and smoked on the webergrills smoke fire before a beer and beef stock braise. The next day I sliced it up and threw a few slices on the lococookers griddle 🔥 Served with mustard, pickles and peppers all on sourdough cuz I’m from the Bay Area 💯 No joke this sammich was stoopid doo doo dumb good! Who’s down to smash?!
