I hit up barbequesgalore and put the Turbo Grill to the test! This tri-tip cooked indirect for about an hour before being thrown directly over high heat for the perfect sear! The ceramic briquettes helped maintain a steady and even temp while cooking indirect and prevented flare ups when I went to sear!! The chimi made it pop and took it over the top! Who wants a slice?!
