Seasoned this choice grade rib roast in my rub “pinky poppin umami” and some “Argentinian chimichurri” @gustusvitae @bougiebbq after using @fresh_vintage_farms almond oil as a binder! Threw it on a spike then on the @hastybakegrills over @jealousdevilcharcoal chunx and cherry smoke blocks 🔥 Let it spin for about an hour and a half before resting for 40 mins. Super juicy, crazy tender and tremendous flavors. Who wants a slice?!
