Smoked n fried chicken 🐔 W/ that Alabama hitter

Took this bird and split her in half. fresh_vintage_farms almond oil for a binder 👍🏾 Then brought Major with my truffle rub gustusvitae Cooked on the biggreenegg over jealousdevilcharcoal chunx and cherry “smoke” blocks. Threw it into the oil when the it was 150 and fried to finish! This chicken is we like Stella after she got her groove back.. all the right moves 💯😂🔥

Bama white sauce:
2 cups mayonnaise
½ cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon the_w_sauce 
2 teaspoons salt n pepper
1 teaspoon hot sauce or cayenne 
1 to 2 teaspoons horseradish
Combine and enjoy!
