Got this rack of venison from wildforkfoods and had to treat her right! Hit her with fresh_vintage_farms and then my garlic pepper rub “ttoo” gustusvitae before throwing it on my biggreenegg I smoked until it was 134 degrees internal then let it rest until it dropped to 115. The. I basted with butter  before throwing it back on for a quick sear over jealousdevilcharcoal 🔥 The end result was flavor packed and crazy tender!!!
