This was my 3rd time making one of these and this ones as easily the best!!! Got this from wildforkfoods 🙌🏾I prepped it by blanching the skin, piercing it, then giving it a salt brine overnight! For the full prep video check my story please 🙏🏾

For the cook, I threw it on the hastybakegrills legacy over jealousdevilcharcoal 🔥 I spritzed with water and vinegar, pierced the skin when bubbles popped up and constantly flipped it! This thing as a labor of love but so damn worth it!!
