Hot n fast brisket from wildforkfoods cooked on the hastybakegrills legacy! Used the_w_sauce as a binder and seasoned it with my rubs from gustusvitae “pinky poppin umami” and “bang bang flavorgang” 🧂 Cooked over jealousdevilcharcoal chunx and post oak wood at 350 degrees! Spritzed with water, wrapped after 3 hours and back on for 1 more at 300 degrees! Sliced with my dalstrong omega slicer! First true hot and fast brisket I’ve done… definitely not the last!!!
