Queso recipe:
12 oz velveeta 
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
gustusvitae “everything but the taco”
elmexicanobrand salsa
Salt to taste 
2 tablespoons flour
1 can ortegataco green chiles 
1 cup shredded cheese
To make:
1️⃣Add butter to pan w/ green chilies. Sweat it out for a few mins then add in flour.
2️⃣ Stir flour for 3-5 mins forming a light roux 
3️⃣whisk in milk and bring to a simmer. Season with salsa and seasoning and salt. Reduce heat to a low simmer
4️⃣ add in cubed velveeta and shredded cheese! Stir until creamy and incorporated! Enjoy 🔥
