This bird off the hastybakegrills was bonkers! Crispy skin, crazy flavor and stupid juicy!
.
Recipe:
- Spatchock turkey (remove the spine and lay flat)
- Inject with organic unsalted chicken broth 
- Season heavily with rubs of your choice (add in 2 tablespoons corn starch to help the skin crisp up)
- Cook on the hastybakegrills at 325-350 until a thermometer reads 155/156 in the thickest part of the breast (it will continue to cook as it rests)
- Rest uncovered for 25 mins then enjoy your juicy tasty bird 🙌🏾
