Steak all in your face 🥩🥩🥩 Seasoned this prime rib from wildforkfoods that I pounded out with my rub “baby got butter” gustusvitae and some AP rub from thin_blue_que 👌🏾 Smoked on my zgrills before a reverse sear on my stargazercastiron 🔥 This thing was tender as butter no ioke and the flavor as insane! My dalstrong Valhalla slicer went through it like 🧈 Who’s down to smash?!

FYI: the grey on the steak is a result of oxidation... this is a steak I cut off a prime rib and then poorly re-wrapped which is why part of the steak is grey. Doesn’t effect the flavor at all.
