Let’s smoke a brisket 🥩 💨

Got this brisket from samsclub and seasoned it with a mix of my rubs gustusvitae “Pinky Poppin Umami” and “Bang Bang FlavorGang” along with some kosmosq “The Best Steak” rub! Smoked on the pitbarrel PBX over jealousdevilcharcoal “chunx” and a mix of pecan and hickory wood! Smoked for 3 hours, wrapped, and back on for 2.5 more. Rested for 5 hours in the oven on warm.

Overall I would give the flavor of this one a 10, the appearance a 9, the flat an 8 and the point a 12. Overall a real solid brisket 💪🏾
