## Caption

Took this prime rib from wildforkfoods and gave it the adamperrylang treatment! The end result was steak heaven! Charred and  scruffed is what he calls it... the goal is to create as much surface area as possible! More surface area = more seasoned meat = more flavored meat! The constant flipping and rough treatment helps create an awesome crust! If you haven’t ever tried this, do it!
