Took this venison tenderloin from wildforkfoods and hit it hot n heavy with green harissa spice and “baby got butter” gustusvitae 🤌🏾 Smoked it on the webergrills “kettle” over jealousdevilcharcoal and an apple wood chunk before being reverse seared 🔥 Sliced with my dalstrong shadow black chefs knife and then hit with a cilantro chimichurri 👌🏾 Who’s down to smash?!
