This torta was a smacker 🔥 Marinated in “mojo criollo” and “Naranja agria” chef_merito before being hit with some pork chop seasoning! Smoked until it was barking like a pitbull and then into a foil pan with more sour orange marinade, juice, and some lard! Smoked it until it was soft as butter and then made a torta topped with all the fixings!!! Who’s down to smash?!
