Although it may look intimidating, gator is a super simple and fun cook 🤘🏾 Got this gator from @creolefoodcom and brined it in @kosmos.q “chicken soak” for 24 hours! Then I seasoned it in a mix of my new rubs “ppu” and “bbfg” @gustusvitae @bougiebbq before smoking it on the @hastybakegrills 🔥 I sauced it for the last 10 minutes before shredding it all up! Who’s down to feast with me?!
