## Caption

This was the most surprisingly delicious steak I’ve ever had. Camel from blackwing_meats seared w/ green harissa from gustusvitae and cooked on the zgrills 🔥 It wasn’t gamey, was crazy tender and had an amazingly rich lean beef flavor. Reminded me a little of veal. The question is: would you try it???
