This rack of venison was smackin 🔥 Got it from wildforkfoods and hit it with my new rubs “bang bang flavorgang” and “baby got butter” 🧈 I smoked it on my zgrills  before searing it right over the goals on the Weber 🔥 Served it over risotto with some sautéed broccoli and a Demi glacé I made! One of the best things I’ve ever had! Who’s down to smash!?!?
