Got this black_hawk_farms Chuck roast and hit it with my pinky poppin rub gustusvitae before throwing it on the webergrills kettle over jealousdevilcharcoal and hickory wood chips. I smoked it for 3.5 hours. No spritzing or anything. Then I wrapped it with beef broth and got it back in for 1.5 more hours. I rested it for 2 hours in my cambromfg go box and the end result was beef 🧈🧈🧈

I don’t know how hot the Weber was as I haven’t added a thermometer and I don’t know what the internal was when I pulled it off. I poked it with a kabob stick and it went in like butter. That’s how I knew it was done. Cheers and happy smokin folks 🤘🏾
