Got this gator from creolefoodcom and brined it in my Cali Cajun rub w/ gustusvitae 💦 I hit it with some crystal.hot.sauce and then my truffle rub and some caribeque honey heat! I smoked it at 290 on my hastybakegrills over jealousdevilcharcoal and mesquite wood for 2.5 hours. Hit it with some gatormikes during the last 20 mins. I shredded it and added in some darrenwcarter BBQ sauce and made tacos that were so good, they made me wanna slap my mama! Gator meat... would you try it?
