Went freak mode with this pheasant 🤘🏾🔥 Got this pheasant from wildforkfoods and used sauce Mayo as a binder before bringing that double truffle pinch with “ttoo2” gustusvitae 🙌🏾 Stuffed it with lemons, sat it on the trompo_king and loaded the pan with rosemary and beer.
