Got this alligator from fossilfarms through wildforkfoods and made these tots/nuggets. Straight smackin. See below for recipe 👇🏾
.
- Brine gator for at least 3 hours or overnight. I used kosmos.q “chicken soak”
- Remove from brine and pat dry. Into seasoned egg wash (eggs, milk, mustard and misrubinsseasonings creole magic) then into flour (seasoned with creole magic as well)
- Fry in batches in stargazercastiron for about 6 minutes and enjoy these tasty tots immediately 🔥🔥🔥
