This leg of lamb had me feeling like the man 🙌🏾

Whole leg of lamb rubbed in gustusvitae “TTOO2” and smoked on the landmann_usa before being braised. I removed the rosemary from the braising liquid, blended it with the garlic in it, made a roux and then added the liquid to make the gravy. Served everything over garlic lemon rice alongside some sautéed asparagus. No joke the best lamb I’ve ever had 🔥
