Rubbed one rack with thegrilldads red tux and the other with gustusvitae chucksflavortrain “TTOO2” 🔥 Smoked with jealousdevilcharcoal and post oak wood. Mopped with a homemade sauce every 30 minutes. Total cook time was 5.5 hours. Sliced with my dalstrong bullnose butcher knife 👌🏾
