Thighs from a gig last weekend I brined in a mix of pickle juice, buttermilk and thegrilldads “bada bing” rub/brine for 24 hours. Patted dry and then rubbed with gustusvitae chucksflavortrain “TTOO2” and let sit in the fridge uncovered for 5 hours. Then cooked on the traegergrills at 220 for 1 hour.
