The response in my stories was crazy so here it is! Bacon ramen 🍜 🔥
.
Used homemade broth I made with belcampomeatco rib trimmings and some pork fat I had. The tare was based on ramen__lord tare for tonkotsu. Used fluggersbacon black pepper bacon and a 3 day cured egg. sunnoodles #18 because they’re the best 🙌🏾 Prepared via the wok method 👌🏾 Finished with a little spicy curry from gustusvitae #flavortrain #ramen #tiktokvideo #baconramen #ramenlover #sunnoodles #weshouldeat #gustusvitae
