Udon noodles 🤘🏾Combo of chicken and pork stock with kombu, ginger and shiitake. Added in homemade scallion and garlic aroma oil to boost up the flavor. Served it with maple bacon from the.baconer and a homemade ramen egg 👌🏾Topped it all off with shaved green onion and gustusvitae shichimi ramen seasoning🔥This bowl was a god damn smacker!
