Duck Duck Goose 🔥wild goose breast and a blackberry sauce over creamy polenta 🙌🏾 Was lucky enough to score some some geese from my boy dollhair_bill and I had to treat em right. Seasoned with misrubinsseasonings creole magic before being seared in my stargazercastiron 🙌🏾 Served em over polenta I kicked up with gustusvitae bigjohns_bbq garlic citron. Topped it all off with a homemade blackberry sauce! The result was incredible!
