Was fortunate enough to get some duck from built_to_build hounddog707 so I put em to good use. Brined the breasts before rubbing in gustusvitae “TTOO:2” and searing in my stargazercastiron 🙌🏾 Served em over a mushroom pilaf with a side of green beans and topped it all with a fresh beef and balsamic gravy.
