Chicken wings 🤘🏾 from start to finish 🔥🔥

1. Place your wings on a a rack or a pile of paper towels. Salt them and let them sit at room temp for a hr. This removes moisture and allows for more even cooking. 
2. Pat wings dry with paper towel. 
3. Heat oil to 350
4. Place wings in oil. Don’t overcrowd fryer. Cook in batches 
5. Melt down butter with lemon pepper mixture 
6. Toss with melted lemon pepper butter sauce or sauce of your choice 🔥
