She passed the bend test 🙌🏾 other than that I thought this brisket was dog shit. Had a nice smoke ring and amazing bark, but the moisture wasn’t there and I overcooked her. Yes, it was a cheap flat but I should have been able to do better. Disappointed 🤷🏾‍♂️😤 Ah well... time to study up, take notes and get back to the grind 💪🏾 #flavortrain .
