Truth be told I thought about getting more fancy and doing a blackberry sauce or something along the lines. But, I wanted to appreciate the flavors in their truest form. Simple is best sometimes 🤷🏾‍♂️💯🔥 having said that, I was fortunate enough to get more venison and will get fancy on the next dish 🙌🏾

Rubbed in misrubinsseasonings black magic and finished with gustusvitae California sea salt. Smoked on my traegergrills and then given a sear in my lodgecastiron .
