Chicken with burnt skin is actually the best chicken 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤘🏾🤣 rubbed this bird with Traeger summer shandy and also pork and poultry rub. Smoked on the Eastwood 22 at 375 for an hour. Got carried away with butter basting early and this is the result. No lie it was bomb AF tho for real for real.
