## Caption

There are lots of ways to set up your charcoals/fire to get a low and slow burn when smoking... this is the method I use when using my ezflamebbq and my pitbarrel 
1: align all of your coals on one side of the basket. 
2. Place the ezflamebbq on the other side and insert the ez light base. Fill with about 15 briquettes.
3. Light the base. After about 15 minutes when all the charcoals are lit, remove the chimney and place the basket into the fire pit. 
I like to use this for mid to long cooks. I feel like I get a cleaner smoke this way and a longer slower burn. Try it out or don’t 🤷🏾‍♂️ just let that smoke roll!
