Giving this rack a French kiss 💋There’s nothing wrong with a “frenched” rack of lamb from the store but they often leave too much fat and the bones aren’t clean enough. I’m not a butcher but this works for me: 1. Peel back fat membrane and then separate it with a knife 2. Remove meat from between bones 3. Scrapes fat and membranes loose from bones 4. Remove fat and membranes with a paper towel 💯👌🏾
