Porchetta tacos?! Why the hell not! Still got bunch of that belcampomeatco porchetta so I diced it up and fried it! Topped it off with some salsa from thesalsachick1 Dragon radish, guacamole, cilantro and onion. Served it with some homemade race and they were probably the best tacos I’ve ever made... no joke 💯 Real proper use of leftovers #flavortrain .
