Got this extra tri-tip from my sister who had it for a bit but didn’t know how to cook it... wasn’t that pretty so I made burgers out of it 🤷🏾‍♂️ honestly I worried it would be dry but it was bomb AF. Something I might be doing again... rubbed the burgers in caribeque Big and bold and misrubinsseasonings black magic. Gave em a sear in my lodgecastiron .
