Warm weather got ya hot and bothered?Make some homemade lemon granita! Super simple 👌🏾4 cups water, 2/3 cup sugar and the juice and zest of 3-5 lemons. Boil water, add sugar, lemon juice and zest. Cover and let steep for 30 mins. Strain and pour into dish. Freeze overnight. Use fork to shave ice and serve immediately! Recipe from anyafernald book “home cooked”
