## Caption

Tonkotsu ramen with blackened garlic paste, crispy char sui pork loin, beet stems and leaves with an equilibrium egg and some scallions 🤤🤘🏾 Digging the flavor profile on this. Garlic paste added a nice smokey flavor, next time I  think I’ll use a little more. The equilibrium egg was bomb after 16 hours. Excited to try out the 48 hour ones I still got going. Beet stems were an awesome flavor and texture add plus it’s dope to use every part of what you grow. Overall I was proud as fuck of this bowl and I am starting to dial in my flavors!
