Rubbed a whole duck with caribeque calypso blend. Smoked it on my traegergrills over apple wood. Brushed it with a homemade glaze I spiked with caribeque lemon garlic and then hit it with some saucin_sauces before cranking the heat up to crisp the skin. Broke the duck down and hit this breast with a little extra glaze before serving it on a bed of homemade cabbage hash I kicked up with caribeque AP rub 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 sooo. Damn. Good 🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾🍾🔥🔥🔥🔥 #caribeque #saucin
