Not #breakfast but damn was it good. Last night I did my first attempt at a competition style 🐓thigh. I know, I'm late to the game 😫but I've been so busy on briskets, ribs and butts that i never focused on thighs. Brined, rubbed with caribeque calypso. Smoked on my traegergrills before I hit em with some caribeque buffa Q sauce!!! Of course I can't tell you all the secret steps in between.
